City Ka Chef Varanasi edition-1 a cooking competition among city cooking enthusiast kickstarted on 4th December ’21 in which initial round was conducted at Royal Residency apartment,Ganpati apartments,Mahavir Heights & Mahavir Greens where residents were asked to prepare one dish of their choice and present it to the judges.
Around 30 participants were selected for Grand Finale where they were given Rajkumari Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil and were asked to prepare any 1 dish of their choice with Rajkumari Kachi Ghani mustard oil as one ingredient in that dish.
The grand finale of City Ka Chef was held at Hotel Costa Riviera, Varanasi on 12th December’21 and participants were judged by the Hotel Main Chef of Costa Riviera on Taste and presentation.
